Ultimate Modpack?

Well should we change to the ultimate Modpack which has the same and more mods than mindcrack or stick with the mindcrack pack?

Which ever one is better admin wise and the one which lags the least

According to ftb forums there is barely a difference but ultimate has more.

It looks like a great mod pack exept mystcraft might lag the server alot. But you can disable it. Idk if there are any other mods that lag the server.

What exactly is the difference? I would stay with mindcrack, since it has a bunch of youtubers playing it, it is easier to learn. Mystcraft shouldn't lag that much if at all. It would allow better warping.

Theres just a few bit more mods ex mystcraft,gravigun,extrarooms

If server updates, will you keep the world the server already has?

I HAVE A PLAN. Only ops can make mystcraft ages and people can donate to get an age?

How would you make that work? Theres not like a plugin can do that. I'm pretty sure its in or its out

He might be able to do that with bukkit and MCPC, if they have it for the ultimate pack.

It would be really cool if we did update. We were starting to run out of new things to do.

ive been playing minecraft for about 4 years now and i have played on the mindcrack pack for about a year(i play hardcore mode).

Mindcrack pack only exists a few months. Tell me why you don't want things added? It's the same just with more mods such as biomes being different and things. It will also only be in new generation

ive played on modpacks that had all the mindcrack mods init happy when the pack came out with the mods i liked had to customize but had a few missing mods and a few that werent there so i was really close to the mindcrack pack. and im just used to the mindcrack pack. but if we go to the ultimate pack then keep the same map so we dont have to start over again

is it and if your on the A-team take enderpouch remote charging station set up. and go through portal under my name onthe list of people end portal.

I just updated bukkit, I want to make sure it works before updating that. Aka. I don't wanna fix 2 servers a once.
